Warranty Policy
- Hardware Warranty: The standard warranty period is one year, starting 10 days after shipment.
- In-Warranty Service: For hardware failures confirmed as non-user-caused, XMAI provides original-part replacement and remote technical support, with parts and shipping costs covered by XMAI.
- Free Training: After delivery, XMAI provides free remote installation guidance, operations training, and daily maintenance training, helping customers master installation, operation, and basic maintenance.
- On-Site Service: On-site installation, commissioning, training, or repair can be arranged by appointment. Specific scope, timing, and conditions follow the mutually confirmed service plan.
- Not Covered by Free Warranty: User-caused damage, improper operation, use of unauthorized non-official parts, or unauthorized disassembly or modification.
- Out-of-Warranty Repair: After the warranty period, XMAI continues to provide repair support, including parts replacement or on-site repair. Specific scope and fees follow the mutually confirmed service plan. Removed old parts do not need to be returned.
- Network Note: Device offline issues caused by on-site network signal, carrier base station, or IoT SIM problems are not product quality issues. XMAI can help troubleshoot but is not liable for related repair or compensation.
- Fault Response: After a repair request is submitted, XMAI responds promptly. In-warranty issues are handled as quickly as possible; out-of-warranty issues are provided with a repair plan and service notes for the customer to review and choose.
